Keoladeo National Park (Bharatpur)
The Keoladeo National Park or Bharatpur Bird sanctuary is one of the best bird watching destinations in India. The sanctuary is named after a Keoladeo (Siva) temple within its boundary. Morning and evening is the best time for bird watching. This sanctuary is home for 366 species of birds, 379 species of floras, 50 species of fishes, 13 species of snakes, 5 species of lizards, 7 species amphibians and 7 species turtle.

By Air: Agra is the nearest airport connected Delhi trough a number of flights.
By rail: Nearest railhead Bharatpur. A number of trains are available from Delhi,Mumbai.
By Road: A network of express bus service link Bharatpur with several cities of Rajasthan.
Driving route: To reach Bharatpur from Delhi, take NH 2 to Mathura via Faridabad, Palwal, Hodal and Kosi Kalan. From Mathura, take the state road to Bharatpur.

Bharatpur ideal for 3days trip. But it may vary depending on your criteria. For this trip first reach Delhi. From there take a bus or hire a car to reach Bharatpur.The best way to move around inside the sanctuary is by a hired bicycle. Using cycle you can move up to every corner of the sanctuary.
